The author of The Individual Post is an engineering graduate currently working as software developer in Canada. Since life is more fun with avatars, the alias Zeno was adopted in honour of Zeno of Citium, the founder of Stoic philosophy in ancient Greece.

The Individual Post

Originally conceived of as a one-man newspaper, The Individual Post is my personal attempt to contribute some interesting and useful content to the internet.  This blog is intended as a life-long project, serving as a discussion forum for ideas on living a successful life, and historical record of one person’s attempt to define and lead a successful life.

The content on this blog contains my personal opinions and thoughts. Although I intend to follow my own advice and blog about the outcomes, I do not claim to know for certain that my advice is good, or that it would work for everyone in every situation. Furthermore, like all intelligent people, my thoughts are evolving and developing over time. Each post represents my current thoughts as of the date of posting. Beware that someone on the internet could be wrong!

I cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or validity of any information on this site. I will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or losses, injuries, or damages arising from the application of the ideas and opinions expressed in my posts. Follow my advice at your own risk.

I also won’t ask for a share of the profits one might obtain by following my advice if it happens to be accurate, complete, suitable, valid, factual, and informative. Benefits, wellness, or skills developed from the application of the ideas and opinions expressed in my posts are entirely the credit of the dedicated reader who took the time to visit my site, consider my discussion, and successfully apply it to their life. Considering my advice is free, I think this is a fair deal for everyone involved!
